Jean Kwall served as the General Counsel to three Pinellas County Sheriffs for a total of over twenty years. Prior to becoming associated with the firm she also served as a Public Defender in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and an assistant state attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Jean was an adjunct professor at St. Petersburg College for ten years teaching civil process and procedure and has been a frequent speaker for the Florida Association of Police Attorneys, Florida Sheriffs’ Legal Advisors, American Jail Association and the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers.
